I am trained and factory-certified to install, repair, replace and troubleshoot many types of high efficiency and modulating condensing boilers and furnaces.  Six years in the engineering department of  a nuclear submarine have provided me invaluable experience in the  integration of systems and their components. The heating distribution systems  we install troubleshoot and fix are hot water, steam, radiant and hot air.

We are qualified and factory-trained to provide maintenance on your modulating condensing boiler. We provide combustion and efficiency analysis to make sure your system is at its peak performance.

 There are three types of boilers we typically install, troubleshoot, service and repair.

1) Atmosheric boiler:  Oldest and least efficient boiler, app.  80%.

2) Power vented boiler:  Newer and more efficient boiler,  app.  85%.

3) Modulating condensing boiler:  Newest and most efficient boiler, app.  95+%.  Most have tax credits and utility rebates.

The furnaces we install, troubleshoot, service and repair.

1) Atmospheric furnace:  Oldest and least efficient similar to a boiler, app. 80%.

2) High efficiency furnace:  Newer and more efficient app. 90+%. Most qualify for tax credits and utility rebates.

3) Geothermal  heat pump:  newest and very efficient app.  25+ seer.  Most qualify for tax credits and utility rebates.
